Ecovillage Housing Limited develops family housing, bachelor flats, women's hostels, and offices. Our designs include trees, spacious verandahs, and outdoor seating. Our buildings are placed in open, traffic-free areas to encourage socialization.

Ecovillage Housing Ltd. believes that children not only have the right to play outdoors, but cannot grow up as healthy, productive, and happy members of society unless they can enjoy the privileges and joys of childhood rather than being prisoners inside the home, in front of TVs. Safe outdoor recreational areas and the opportunity to walk or cycle to school and other places are critical for children's development and an integral part of our designs.

Our designs are focused on the need of children, pedestrians, cyclists, and others, not on cars. Our plans are meant for those who wish to know and socialize with their neighbors, regaining a sense of community and rediscovering happiness in urban areas.
